Life Development Coach

ABOUT ME
I am a firm believer of taking life by the horns, squashing fears and wrestling until you conquer what is in front of you. I spent a lot of my life facing fear, afraid of missing out or missing my life purpose. It is a really limiting way to live but I have gone on a journey of finding my courage to grow, to plant my seeds deep and to water the garden in front of me. Finding freedom, letting God father me and finding my voice has been my journey. My goal is to help others find their voice and live in the dreams that have always been inside.
I find deep joy in relationships and connection. I believe the best life is lived amongst friends and community. I am a strong believer in trying new things because as my mom always said, “you never know 'til you try it.” This was mostly in the context of trying new foods as a child but it stuck with me as a core value in every area of my life. It’s also a value I use in coaching because you really never know how liberating life can be until you "try it."
I am a Certified Life Coach from Life Purpose Institute. I completed my Masters of Public Health at the University of Oklahoma with an emphasis in Health Promotion. I have worked for 10 years to empower underserved communities in gaining tools to support mental and emotional health. Former trainer in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training and Mental Health First Aid, I have served my local community in northern California by training professionals and strategically developing programs that support mental wellness. As a supervisor, I oversaw the development and implementation of programs to reduce Adverse Childhood Experiences and spearheaded new programs to support community mental wellness.
Lover of international travel, craft coffee and Saturday morning waffles, road trips, baby snuggles, waterfall jumping and a good trail run; I live in northern California with my husband Josh, son Wilder and adventure dog Summit.
Inspiring people to thrive in the bleakest of situations has always been my passion. The person with the most hope wins.
